We have Magix Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus, and are having a terrible time burning a DVD. We are running Windows Vista. I have read everything I can on this site, and on the internet about Magix burning problems - we have downloaded all the fixes, updates, etc. that we can. We tried exporting video to a Magix Video, (that took almost 2 days) and then dropping it back into a new timeline. That was the best we have done - with it almost burning everything but one section in which the video was black, but we could still hear the audio. We found that section, re-exported it, put it back in, and still no luck. Every time we try to burn it, it comes out with only the menu, and when we hit play, it will play the first few seconds of the movie, then stop. All the scenes do show up on the scene selection in the menu, though. We also tried exporting it as a MPEG-2 file. My 13 year old is the videographer - I am fairly decent at figuring things out on the computer, but there is a lot of things I don't completely understand on Magix. We have had it come up saying there are blank spaces on the movie, and have to choose to ignore those or not - my son says he has fixed this problem, though, and there are no blank spaces now. Also, when you go to burn a DVD, do you choose Encode, or Use, or Use All? We have tried Use and Use All with the same results. We have been struggling with this for weeks - I posted on the help forums, and received no reply. Thanks so much in advance for any help you can give.
