How can I capture DV?

The program doesn´t recognize y video camera (DV) Have no problem with movie maker but yesr with Magic X Video...

More information would be needed to help here:

1. How do you connect the camera to the PC (Only Firewire, iLink is supported).
2. What error message do you get.
