There are many templates that do that kind of title animation, see under Subtitles Basic and Captions Basic these can be modified for font style, colour size and length of animation.
Also you can 'roll your own' - the example you have given it can be made from 2 solid colour images and a basic title, keyframe animated to move and resize.
Look up Key Frame Editing in the manual or look at tutorials in the video section. Key framing allows alterations in various plugins to be animated, from positioning and sizing, to colour and tonal changes. The Key frame editor is a very powerful tool for animating titles as well as other uses.
I did all of this using the key frame editor and elements found within MEP with a little help from Windows paint program to make the JPGs for the animated rings.
The only one which I could find in MAGIX is white only and it breaks half the time, and the fonts doesn't fit inside...
Or you make them yourself if possible or you go to the store to find practically an un updated place of the same titles from 2 years ago or you jump to another program with thousands and thousands of templates to choose from.
Your first example shows titling that is about the worst I have ever seen.
You second example takes me settings for Gmail. To post a jpeg, do it directly with the Upload File button, third from the right - a circle with an up arrow in it. Please upload the jpeg directly.
Did you download all of the additional content under Help, Install extra content? Is there nothing under Captions Basic or Movement Basic that is suitable - there are about a hundred of them.
Other than making your own using MEP and a graphics editor, you could use BluffTitler.
