To have two levels of menus you need to create a single project with two movies -- each of which has its own chapters.

If you load your morning film (see first note below) and then open your evening film you should be given the option of closing the first movie or adding the second to the project as an additional movie.

Note 1: If morning and evening are currently together you will need to separate them. One option is to load the combination, delete the evening part and save as eg morning-only. Close and reopen MEP,  re-load the combination and this time delete all the morning stuff and save as evening-only. You now have two projects with a single movie each which you can combine to give the two movie project as outlined above.

Note 2: There are options (sorry I'm not very familiar with them) when creating your DVD as to the action at the end of the first movie eg continue on to the second or return to the main menu. IIRC it's under 

'Properties' after a right click in the main DVD menu window.

Note 3: Even the most experienced MEP users are often more than somewhat confused by the ways Magix uses the terms 'project', 'movie' and 'film'. Join the crowd! :-)
