how do I get the start dialog back

The start dialog box wont appear any more when I open Movie edit pro 15 how do I get it back

Y > System > Reset Help Dialogues (or similar text on the upper left bar)

from the Help menu (top of the MEP15+ screen) click on "Reset program settings to defaults." That should fix it for ya.
