How do I unregister Magix 17 video editor

I have upgraded 17 video editor to 18MX and have sold 17 to a new user.

I want to unregister 17 so that the new user can register it in his name..

I have telephoned the UK sales office and no-one is there although I am telephoning in normal office hours.

I have emailed but so far haven't had a reply. I want to let the new owner register as soon as possible please.

Please help, somebody.....

Hi

Make sure you have emailed Sales at Magix.  I did this with an earlier version,  they de-registered my MEP within a couple of days.
