How to fade music?

I'm able to add a music track 'behind', say, a slideshow at the end of a project, but would like to be able to fade the music out rather than have it simple cut off abruptly. Can I do that please, and if so, how? I'm using Movie Edit Pro 16.

At both ends of the soundtrack are 2 arrow-like symbols, and at the middle a small square. With the square you can adjust the sound volume up and down. By pushing the symbols at the ends to the left or right with the mouse, the sound is faded in and out. With the small triangles you adjust the length of the sound.

The sound mixer help to adjust the sound track level and fade. Manual adjustment can be done using handles.

Sound mixer can be opened by pressing the letter M on your keybord.

Tutorial is in French but the software is an English.
