How to set Fuji W3 as stereo

I've got 3D video from Fuji W3, which plays in 3D, but is noted as a "2D" object. If I try to change to 3D object for alignment purposes, none of the options work properly~ ??

To put in other words: I cannot use ALIGN with stereovideo from Fuji W3 camera. It asks me to choose stereo object, but the Fuji video is already a stereo, I don't need to make from 2 videos.

Thanks, I was able to create a support ticket, my software finally appeared as registered.
