I can't export my full videos

Everytime I try to export my video it only exports partly. The file is playable, and by searching I keep seeing advice to adjust markers? I don't know how I may have "moved" them since I have been trying to fix this for quite awhile. I don't know what I'm doing different but the lengths of my videos keep changing, the only thing that is consistant is that it is not the entire movie. Out of a nine minute movie I can't seem to export more then two and a half minutes. I've tried to make my video shorter and longer, but it still won't export the whole thing. Please help.

It sounds as though it is exporting between the markers only, which is easy to correct.

Instead of using the big export tab, go to the top toolbar and select the file menu, then select 'Export Movie'. In the dropdown menu you can select the format that you want to export from a wide range of formats. Most importantly, there is a tick box near the bottom left, which is 'Export Range Only'. This needs to be unticked then you should have no further problem.
