i don't have options to complete my installation

I keep getting the following message, this serial number is already register to other email, error-24 < I used and log in with the same email, I deleted the app and reinstalled 3 times with no luck, don't know what to do any more

Assuming you have an Magix account, go to the Magix Service Center and see if your software is listed in "My Products" check using a former email address, if you used one. Otherwise, contact MAGIX customer service
