I updated my payment info, but my Vegas Pro contract is still locked.

Hello, recently my card that I used to make my monthly contract payments expired without my knowledge causing my contract to lock.
To fix this I updated my payment info and received a $1 charge.

However, my account remains locked, (I imagine due to not yet receiving the normal monthly payment) and I need to use Vegas Pro ASAP.

Prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I lost access yesterday (06/30/2026).

If you hadn't lost access when would it have come up for renewal? I ask because as you are probably aware Vegas is now owned by BorisFX so after renewal you will have a Boris subscription, assuming you continue. But if you still have months to run on your current Magix subscription then it's a problem that needs to be sorted by Magix.

Oh, I was unaware it was acquired by Borisfx.

I'll take a look to be sure.

I just need to use it again ASAP.
