you need the serial number for your program.  If you didn't write it down anywhere, get in touch with MAGIX.

Create the support request using the email address you used when you purchased and registered the product,

it makes life easier for ´em to find your details. You'll get the details sent you by return.

Once the program is activated, you will probably have to activate MPEG2+4 codecs. That requires different codes, and the what you is choose the order online option when it appears, and these will be sent you real time via email. Consecutively though, not both at once.
