Like so many others here, I paid for musicmaker Ultimate 2026 and have been only given the half priced platinum version despite 5 tickets I have raised and still zero response!
There is no tel number I can find for customer service and it seems the whole support programme is answered by bots.
Not happy and thinking of cancelling.
@Russell-Middleton Music Maker Ultimate is a bundle of the Premium Edition of Music Maker and additional plugins and Soundpools, which also can be used commercially, as far as I know. This means the program is absolutely identical.

But you, as the user, have to download and install those additional plugins and Soundpools. You should be able to do this via the Downloads or possibly the Store tab on the main screen of the app.
Also, check the email you received confirming the purchase of MM Ultimate; it may well include details, and possibly serial keys, for these downloadable extras. (I don't have the Ultimate edition so am unsure of exactly what content will be in that email.)
