If you search for Independence Pro from Magix you will find various links to the product. BUT, it has not been updated for several years and reports suggest it is not really compatible with any recent MAC OS, without much struggle.

To add to @emmrecs comment.

The MAC version of Independence is 32 bit only and will not run natively on macOS 10.15, Catalina, and later versions, which can only run 64 bit software natively.
