I am trying to reinstall Movie Studio Platinum 14.0 on a Windows 11 PC and I get an error message every time I try. The message is:

ERROR: -2147163964 occured during installation

Module C:\Program Files\VEGAS\Movie Studio Platinum 14.0\sfvstwrap.dll failed to register.

I have a valid serial number and I downloaded the file from the website. How can I resolve?
