Just installed MEP 17 and received error -6, tried to submit support request and received "fatal error"

Receiving error code -6 even after removing all Magix files, deactivated the anti-virus, disconnected from the internet and running the magix cleaner. Tried several times with same error code result.

 

Then tried to submit a support request and received a "fatal error" when hitting submit button. Now what? Just purchased software, doesent work and no support from the manufacture!

Can't help with your problem, but you are not alone! I reported a problem to support with a ticket and got a reply asking for more information. Immediately tried to send more information and received an automated message telling me the ticket was now closed and I should submit a new one. I have tried and continually get the 'Fatal Error' message so can now not contact support at all!!!
