Magix Hub

Hello. I have MAGIX Video Deluxe 2026 Premium (v 25.0.1.248 UDP3). I have an issue with entering to the Magix Hub. After clicking on the "Magix Hub" button, an animation with dots shows, and nothing more happened. I waited for about 10 minutes with no effect. I have a stable internet connection, "Store" button works and shows elements to buy.
I have deleted "EBWebView" folder with no effect.

What should I do?

Sometimes, the Hub will be down. I just tried it and it is working.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, on my computer it's doesn't work. I tried to uninstall, delete registry entries with "magix" keyword, delete remained folders and install again. Still no effect.
But... because my license allows to use program on 2 devices, I installed it on my second computer. And there it works fine. Second computer is to weak to creating movies on it, so using it doesn't resolve my problem

Have you checked whether your firewall and/or antivirus is blocking the connection to the Magix Hub on the "problem" computer?

Which version of Windows is installed on both of your computers?

I don't think it should be necessary to delete the folder you listed. Though I have just checked my installation of VdL 2026 Premium and I don't see any such folder - and I was able to log into the Hub without problem - but I do see that folder within my VPX installation, and the login there also works without problem.
