PC Check and Tuning has been through several versions since 2011 and is now actually called simplitec Power Suite, see the web page here.

Whether or not you should remove your version is, I think, entirely up to you, though I doubt whether its age makes it of any value on a modern computer!

If you do decide to uninstall it I would consider using the free Revo Uninstaller to ensure that ALL of it is completely removed. Just check, when using Revo, that you allow it to uninstall only files, folders and registry entries that pertain solely to PC Check and Tuning since I assume you also have at least one other Magix app installed.
