Magix video editor pro 16 failed to register

I bought Magix video editor pro 16 and registered it online to be able to activate the codecs, but on the first attempt after going through the whole process of registration I did not get any mails to inform me of my successful registration. I tried using my software and found that I had to activate my codecs and mpeg4. When I wanted to log in I was unable to do so. I tried registering again and got the message that my product has already been registered, this time I got emails confirming a successful registration. I now attempted to contact Magix, but it is impossible to do so without having a registered product, can you see the frustration building, haha. Does anyone have any idea on what to do or how I can contact Magix. I live in South Africa and can not phone them because of international restrictions on my phone line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to contact Magix.

To me, it sounds like the initial registration was processed on a different email or the email used was incorrectly entered. You will need to contact Magix support and either Europe or USA and have your product serial number available so they can look it up that way. The Product Serial Number is the code that was written on the back of the CD sleeve and additionally can be found in the installed program under "Help" - "About Movie Edit Pro..."

Since you cannot call, what is an email address... I will see if I can call and get one of the reps in contact with you by email. If you want, you can send it privately.
