Making a static shot look hand held?

Hi folks. I do a lot of filming with multiple static cameras but is like to make one of the cameras appear as if it were hand held.

Is there an option in mep 22 premium to do something like this? I've looked and looked but can't see anything obvious.

@Peeteey If you have NewBlue TotalFX, there's also a plugin there called "Active Camera" that could do this.

Hmm, not sure, I just have whatever came bundled with mep22 prem.
