A specific recommendation would end up being more of a "what I like" as you haven't really provided any requirements. I'll give you some starting points to consider, though...
Cost and feel... Generally cheaper keybeds will feel terrible, but that might be okay if you aren't already a piano player. In the US, a Nektar SE61 can be found new for $100. Just go to any of the major music sites (like Sweetwater), then look around for a category of Midi Controllers or Keyboards. Pick the size and price range, just make sure it has USB MIDI... you don't want to mess with old-school 5-pin DIN these days. If you don't want "plasticy", you're going to be looking more for a digital piano with weighted or graded keys... start around $700'ish and can go up dramatically.
