Movie Edit Pro 17

Hi. In Corel Video Studeo they got a snapshot where I can take the video and snopshot in jpeg. Can Movie Edit Pro 17 do the same. I have been reading up on it but can't find any.

Oh yes, it is very easy. Find the frame you want with the cursor, and click File > Export movie > Single frame, or shortcut Alt+M for bitmap or Alt+N for jpegs.
