First, exactly which version of Movie Studio do you have? If it is 17 or earlier, please read this post and follow the advice given there.

If it is version 18 or Movie Studio 2022 please tell us a lot more about the problem you are seeing, especially what you mean by the movie part of the program. The whole program is for movie editing; there is no separate movie part.

Then please tell us rather more about your computer; this post will show you what we really need to know.
