Movie Studio 2023 will not install....????

Just purchased Movie Studio 2023 and it will not download, keeps stopping and the farthest I've gotten is to 55% I have disabled my firewall etc. and still it will not finish installing so...? My internet connection is good. This is very irritating to say the least!
