Hello, I did the same for my mep16 and now I can use my flip mp4 files in it. As for iphone, I think it's H 264 which is related to mp4... I may suggest downloading the free quicktime driver from Apple you already have it, then ty converting it in another edit program. I do that if I use my samsung cells video -asf. mep16 doesn't read that one. Fight the good fight. let me know what you discover. John

Do you mean you can not play the created movie back properly after uploading it to your Iphone?

Iphones and Ipods need a special MPEG4 profile without "B frames" included so make sure you use the Iphone preset in the "Export > Export to device > please select your device - dropdown > Apple Iphone.
