Need Help, Entered email off by one letter and now I can't change it.

Anytime I try to change my user data to update it to the new one, it just says:

"New email address already exists!

The new email address already exists.
Please select a new address or enter your old email address." ('the wrong email address')

I already contacted the Customer Service via their contact form, does anyone whose used it before know how long it usually takes for them to get back to you?

Welcome to the Magix forums.

The procedure to amend a user's email address is:

Log into your Magix account using the old, incorrect address, along with your password.
Go to the User data section.
Change the registered email address to the correct one.

Are you saying you have done exactly this but still receive the error message?

If so, you need to email infoservice@magix.net, giving full details, and ask that they amend your registered email address.
