@SP. That unfortunately did not solve the issue..there is no solutions left..I just lost an entire album and the song I was fixing. I don't know what else to do now.. I have a brand new pc with all the parts i replaced, and magix is only thing on my pc now. Many people I spoke too never heard of magix...I would of advertised this program for free on how well it worked when I first got it. I will uninstall magix 2025 and try reverting to Magix 2024..... If that doesnt work then I don't know what happened to make it bust after uploading a song..however then I won't care anymore. Will report back if 2024 is able to save my music and doesn't crash.

@AJenn How would you lose projects? They are still on your SSD, you simply need to locate and load them.

Not sure what you mean with uploading to TikTok crashed your computer?

Like I wrote, something is fundamentally broken on your computer, otherwise you would see the ASIO driver control panel. That's not a Music Maker problem.

AJenn wrote on 3/27/2025, 3:07 AM

@SP. The ASIO driver does appear, but it crashes with that too.. Only now in the examples I've shared it's been missing. I have uninstalled and installed and refreshed and wiped my pc..Took off all programs, put in safe mode, installed magix as the only thing ,unplugging my instruments ,etc...and its causing this issue...Like I said the program worked flawlessly..absoultely awesome..then I uploaded a song and it's been crashing ever since.. Idk even where to look anymore. So Far 2024 is working.. I am happy I had it saved on a usb and didn't purge it for 2025. Will finish my work and leave magix if it works well from now on.

@AJenn Which Antivirus software are you using? Usually, you don't need any because Windows Defender is pretty good. Also, why would you have viruses on your computer with a newly installed operating system? Something isn't adding up here.

Just my speculation, but if you tried to use cracked software or plugins I'm not surprised that it crashes. That would at least explain this weird behavior of your computer.

Malawarebytes.. Iv'e had it for 14years also.. I spoke too soon. Magix 2024 Crashed. Guess that's it.. This wasn't an issue like I said until I uploaded that song..Litterally after I made it into a mp3 directly from the magix program. Magix crashed and now has never worked... I don't know if what i am missing in a full uninstall, or what is error on my pc. I am going to wipe my pc a 4th time and scan everything a 5th time...then make sure registry is completely clear

@SP. I'll be around eventually

I Return, thank you all who helped me before. @SP. @johnebaker @CRH

Magix has not crashed in a little over a week. I reset my pc 3 times. Got 48Gb more of ram to a total of 112(will get final 32ram soon). And I got a bigger and stronger SSd to hold everything. Now the issue I am having is this. I have gotten ableton live lite , and used demo of Flstudio and both aren't doing this.

The problems are still here. "NTDLL.DLL" is reported to crash, however that is not really the problem, it is the result of the problems, I have learned reading many many forums and threads.
Using Video Deluxe Plus, Acid Pro 11. Updated to latest versions, ran the suggestions that are also mentioned in this thread, Windows 11 up to date. Nothing was wrong until a few weeks ago. Tried reverting my system to a state of 2 weeks ago - no result.
They both don't start anymore. Everything else on my system (including very demanding Adobe software) runs fine. It's a Magix problem. I'll look for other software suppliers.

SP. wrote on 12/17/2025, 2:17 PM

@Bart-0251 Ntdll is part of Windows. A crash there is usually a driver problem. Windows 11 is currently so broken (thanks to the way Microsoft now develops software mainly with AI), that a recent update may cause this problem. This would explain why this problem simply appeared some weeks ago and before that it worked fine.

Bart-0251 wrote on 12/17/2025, 2:25 PM

Everybody reporting problems refers to NTDLL.DLL. for years already. Not saying Windows is holy but why is it that only Magix products have problems?

SP. wrote on 12/17/2025, 2:29 PM

@Bart-0251 Because you're in a Magix forum?

Bart-0251 wrote on 12/17/2025, 3:17 PM

@Bart-0251 Because you're in a Magix forum?

That's not a very smart reply, considering what I wrote earlier. I am talking about applications on MY system. Everything else functions as it should, including demanding software like the Adobe CS apps. The only applications that cause trouble on MY system are Magix products. If you read this thread, you'll see that these problems existed long ago already. Can't be coincidence.

SP. wrote on 12/17/2025, 5:07 PM

@Bart-0251 There are many reports of Adobe apps crashing in ntdll, but at the Adobe community.

https://www.google.com/search?q=ntdll+site%3Acommunity.adobe.com

Like I said, crashes in ntdll point to faulty drivers. So, please check your audio drivers or video drivers.

You said you tried the suggestions in this thread? Example, you tried the Windows Reliability Monitor and read the crash description? You also tried to reset the program settings of Video Deluxe and Acid? You tried to repair your Windows system installation via Dism.exe and sfc?
