New blue filter 5 ultimate and unable to purchase add ons

Hi magix, 

I have recently downloaded magix movie edit pro premium 2021 edition. 

I am having trouble locating the new blue filters5 ultimate in the app. Kindly let me know how to activate the new blue filters.

Secondly, I could not process the buying the add ons from the store with my credit card. 

Kindly help me sort out the above issues.

Hi and welcome to the Movie Edit Pro user to user forum.

First there are no Magix staff present on the forum. Only other users.

If you have downloaded all the external content packs after installing Movie Edit Pro then you should see an icon similar to the one in the image below. Click on the Icon to get the image to the right of that to appear. Click on that icon to download and then follow the procedures that will come up after that to register the product with the company supplying it.

The Second problem you will have to take up with Magix. Try sales@magix.net .
