Sound Forge Pro 18 won't let me use the normalize function after a few uses. The options come up with blank rectangles in the form where I should be able to click to normalize a selection.

Restart fixes it temporarily

I have run as administrator, reduced scaling to 200%, reset settings with CTRL+SHIFT boot, and reinstalled. I can typically get 3-5 successful normalizes before it fails.
