I have always used Photostory But Now I can't use my Photostory 2025 I am not getting any personal help only AI when I ask questions . I had to get windows 11 and a New computer so My old Photo story couldn't so on it , so I purchased Photostory 2025 and it is different from my old one . Cheryl
The Magix Support system seems, currently, to be almost non-existent, unfortunately. No-one seems to definitively know why but you will find a number of posts in these forums where users are stating a lack of response to emails and support requests (other than by AI, and even that seems to not always be in use - I have made two requests for assistance with resetting the licence activation of a rather old software which I use but have received no response at all). So you are far from alone in feeling frustrated!
However, we, fellow-users, are still here and happy to help in any way we can. So, please tell us exactly what problems you experience when trying to install and/or run PS 2025 on your new computer. In a previous thread you refer to owning PhotoStory Xtreme, which is too old to run under Win 11. Yes PS 2025 has a different interface and so "looks different" but if you can tell us what you want to do in the new version I am sure someone can show you how to do this.
