Ordered MAGIX Video Deluxe Ultimate but seem to have Premium

You do. There is no program called Video Deluxe Ultimate, only Plus and Premium. Reread the contents of Ultimate and watch this video to understand more what you are getting.
BTW, you posted under the wrong subject, Video Easy. The correct place is incorrectly named as Movie Studio just to confuse people. A Moderator will likely move this post over.

There are Ultimate versions for VDL 2026 and VDL 2027 certainly in the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and a few others I have checked.

Look at the contents of Ultimate in your link. Ultimate includes:
- Video Deluxe Premium plus
- a bunch of other stuff
There is no program called Video Deluxe Ultimate. Users think that the program itself should be called Video Deluxe Ultimate when it’s really Video Deluxe Premium plus other stuff.
