I am trying to dedupe my newly downloaded files, but I cannot find a dedupe facility???

Hi
If you are wanting to de-duplicate images with the same content there is a Search for files and folders function as shown below
Do note this will search for duplicates of the selected image only, there is no feature, AI or otherwise, that could search for duplicates of a selected range of images
