Is there any way of ensuring clean non-jumping playback prior to burning my video? When I view my video during the editing process, the audio is fine but the picture doesn't run smoothly - it stalls quite often, then it catches up with the sound for a few seconds and then stops again.  I know this is to do with the capability of my computer but is there a way to stop this?  I'm finding editing difficult when I can't really see what's happening.  I understand it will be OK once exported.
