I recently purchased and upgraded to Video Deluxe Premium 2026. I paid extra for this version because of the "Exclusive" add-ons. Where are the proDAD VitaScene V5 Pro effects suite with over 1,700 powerful effects and filters located? What email address was the "voucher" sent to? How can I access the over 1 million royalty free video and audio assets?
I have three separate emails addresses registered with Magix. Two of those are no longer valid. I've tried to consolidate into one profile with one valid email but the Magix system won't let me do that. It says the email address is already in use. I attempted to submit a support request, but no luck. I get the message "The support request could not be saved". Any help would be appreciated!
