I would like to upgrade from Vegas Pro 21 perpetual to Vegas Pro 22, however my old laptop died and I don't have the password for my account. Several times I tried requesting a new password for the email I used to buy Pro 21, but when I clicked on the link it says, "

Forgotten your password. The used forgotten-password link is not valid."

How can I get a new password to get into my account? Thanks!
