Reduce render size of video

I want to reduce the size of a video at rendering stage and not sure how to do this. Do I reduce the aspect ratio from 1080 to 720. Please advise

In the export dialog, click the Display all check box - you will then see other formats that you can use. - 720p should be one of them as shown below.

Note the top 4 (blurred out) you will not have they are custom presets I use.
