I have purchased the Video Delux Ultimate 2027, because of the "hype" with that video editor, but after trying out for a short time and realizing that I can't even change those microscopic letters and customize the columns to my liking, then seeing the awful interface, I just decided that I've seen enough of this .... and get my money back. Unfortunately I only had limited success, since that absolutely ridiculous A.I. machine was the only one that sent some auto-generated reply, that it can't help me! When I tried to fill out the email form online, it gave me a 403 error message, so either the server is garbage, or it blocks communication. From a brand name like MAGIX, I have expected a MUCH better service, so now I'm just hoping they will REFUND my money soon, because taking it took less than 10 seconds. Honestly, I'm just wondering how can anyone tolerate those micro-letters in the U.I. in 2026 using 2K or 4K monitors, because there is no way I could tolerate it, alongside with the entire user experience I've had with this product. Total and utter disappointment. :-/
