@John-Enderby If you registered your product in the past you need to log into your user account at Magix.com and there you will find all serial numbers and download links.

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community @John-Enderby

If you still have Sound Forge installed on another PC, the activation serial is displayed in 'Help> About Sound Forge'
If not, as @SP. stated, log into the Magix Service Center and select "My Products". You must use the log-in that was used when SF was initially registered. The log-in you use for the Magix forums may be different. For Sony versions, the serials and customer info was ported over to Magix in 2016 after the acquisition, so both your Sony and Magix software product info will be in the Magix Service Center. If you cannot find your log-in, and do not have any other purchase conformation, that can be a problem.

Was Sound Forge purchased from a third-party seller?
Are you using the email address you used when you initially activated Sound Forge?
