Software will not load on my new computer (Windows 11)

Hi, any suggestions? It will not load beyond the picture and support ignore all emails for help. I had this problem about 8 months ago when I tried to install it on another new system. Someone suggested remove the file "Magix Low Latency 2016" which worked last time. But is not working this time.

@Justin-Brummer Does it crash? Can you look up the detailed crash report in the Windows Reliability Monitor and copy and paste it here?

@Justin-Brummer Thanks!

Fault Module Name: mgxasio4_x64.dll

Yes, the crash is still caused by the old Magix Low Latency driver. If you have already removed it from the Windows Registry and it still doesn't work, make sure to restart your computer once. Select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I did that, and it still will not load. I will remove the software, and re-download and remove the old driver again to see if it works.
