I recently purchased an update for Sound Forge 15 (from 14) before it was released. However, since I have two accounts with MAGIX wih two of emails, one of which was old and it is no longer valid. When I placed my order, I got a return message saying I would get notified - via my old email - when the product is released, without giving me an option to change. Can someone please help. I have attempted to contact MAGIX direct email without success, maybe I didn't know how. Thank you.
