how do i fix it or download again, it was free because i just bought music maker... anyone know how i can get the download to work>?

yeah it was the berlin tech one, im not sure if it downloaded some of the other part, because i have more then one techno but it didnt download it, should i contact support?

What do you mean by some of the other part? It shouldn't actually matter which collection it was; by default (unless you have changed the setting in MM) soundpools are saved to C:\[YourUserName]\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools. What do you see in that folder?
Before attempting to contact support you really need to check carefully that folder location to see what is actually there.
What, if any, error message did you receive that led you to believe the original download had failed?
