Technical Issue – VEGAS Pro 16 not opening after Windows update

Hello

I own a permanent license for VEGAS Pro 16 (VEGAS Pro 16.0).

After a recent Windows update, the program no longer opens. It freezes at the “Creating windows…” loading bar and never progresses.

System details:

• Device: HP OMEN 15-ce0xx

• Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit, fully updated)

• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (latest drivers installed)

Additional information:

• All other programs work correctly

• The issue only affects VEGAS Pro 16

• I tried disabling GPU acceleration

• I reinstalled NVIDIA drivers

• The software worked perfectly before the Windows update

This issue appeared only after the Windows update.

As I have a permanent license, I would like:

• An official patch or solution for compatibility

• Or information about upgrade options

• Or guidance on how to make the software work again
