No, just start it up and activate it with your registered email address and the activation code that you received by email.

After following @browj2's instructions, ensure you download and install the Extra Content, you should be prompted to do this, if not the option is under the Help menu.
You should also download any additional features/plugins. Links and/or serial numbers may be in the purchase confirmation email, or show download icons in the Effects tab, they will look similar to these - you may not have the specific effects shown in the image below.
