Vegas Pro 16 & 20 continually malfunction in so many ways

I have been having global problems using Vegas Pro for years. This is both with Windows 10 and 11. It is with both Vegas Pro 16 and 20. I have reinstalled these so many times. It is both with my desktop and laptop computers which have good specs. I have totally wiped out both PCs and reinstalled everything. There have been so many symptoms but these are several of the recurring symptoms: 1) it suddenly closes, 2) it suddenly freezes 3) healthy wav. files which I import are corrupted so they just sound like hard digital distortion-- 4) when I try and zoom in really close on audio forms in order to sync 2 audio tracks it just gets stuck so I can't zoom in any further, 5) when it is time to render a 6 GB file it will give an estimated size of something like 5 MB and then not render at all until I restart the app 6) the video will not keep up with the audio and therefore not show smoothly--as if I didn't have enough RAM or GPU, and 7) just in the last few months, when I sync 2 long tracks at the very beginning they will be 30 seconds off at the end--which is a big hassle to edit. Many more have come up over the years. Obviously, these are not individual problems to be solved since the problems come and go. I would sure appreciate some help if anyone knows anything since I am close to being done with Vegas Pro.
