Video deluxe 16 - ACCESS_VIOLATION - Windows 7

I have a problem with my program. I can't create movie in any format. I have bought an orginal product. Maybe problem is in windows?

 

Type of problem:

in module: "Videodeluxe.exe" (adres: 0x00400000) to adres 0xb056b0 exception 0xc00000058x "ACCESS_VIOLATION"

                

please help

After 10 day a tried everything. I have reinstaled program 4 times, and 2 times I have repeired this program. I was changing some things in windows in system without any effect. 

 

If it is an option to give this program to shop and recieve money from it?
