[Video Delxue 2026 premium] always crashes during export

Hi,

I've tried to export my movie to multiple formats, with gpu and gpu or none at all, but the program keeps crashing.

No error messages, just the program is not responding and then closing itself. Probably you're going to ask for the log file, but when I re-open the program, the popup that says "report error" and "view error log" comes up, but when I click to see the error log, nothing happens.

So either there is no error log, or the button doesn't work and I don't know where magix is keeping their log files. I have attached my export settings, maybe that gives someone a clue or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Is anyone familiar with this problem? Or maybe have a solution to fix it?

The export crashing for different formats would suggest there is an issue with a video/image object or an effect/transition applied.

If the export crashes at the same movie time, if you did not note this then export again and watch the export dialog Movie time value.

Examine the timeline at that movie time value ± 10secs for an effect, transition or change of object.

Set a range for that 20 sec period and remove one item at a time exporting that range to see if it crashes each time to isolate what is causing the crash.

If the crash is random, do a full restart the computer, ensure that there are no other programs running and try the export again

It may help diagnose the issue(s) you are having, if we hava the specification of your computer system including Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
