What is this 'Preview'?

I'm almost certainly being dense here, but... what is this 'Preview' that is set here? Preview of what? When? How?

Look up Preview Settings in the help Still can not see what it does though !!!!

Hi Terry,

That's the preview image of your project file. Set a preview image, save your project (MVP) and then use the MEP mediapool to browse for the project in thumbnail view ("Large icons"). You will see the effect. ;-)

Thank you for clearing that up - never thought it was for the preview in the media pool. The help infers that it will be the icon seen in WIndows explorer.
