why is magix freezing when i hook up mp3.and WHERE IS SERVICE.

when i hook -up my flashdrive.everything is fine--until i tell the mp3 maker to down-load the files from the flasd-drive.then the whole system freezes.THE WHOLE COMPUTER STOPS.TAKES ALONG TIME TO RESTART.

Did you use the latest provided update / patch? In my case, it worked better then.
