Wrong photos loading on Edit Pro 15

Magix Edit Pro unable to resolve pictures from different folders with the same file names. Short of changing a lot of file names, and other ideas?

If this is the case, you could easily change the file names in batch mode, e.g. with IrfanView (freeware) by adding e.g. 1_file01, 1_file02 etc., 2_file01, 2_file02...
