Yes, it is unfortunate that I have to use this forum as the only method to be heard. Their "support" and other webpages either put one in a loop or take you back to sign in again. If they made it easy to find where to send the sales or tech support an email, I would be happy to use it. Maybe someone on this forum could point me in the right direction instead of replying with criticism.

I can only repeat that no-one here can help you. Duplicate posting, strictly against the Community rules, particularly #3, to be found in the footer of any forum page, is NOT going to achieve anything, except to antagonise and can lead to access to the forums being permanently withdrawn.
